Manufacturing more than three firearms per calendar year without a license is generally a crime.

Manufacturing a firearm using a 3D printer or CNC machine without a license is generally a crime.

Manufacturing a firearm for sale or transfer to an unlicensed person without a license is generally a crime.

Transferring a manufactured firearm without a required background check is generally a crime.

Aiding a prohibited person in manufacturing a firearm is generally a crime.

I understand that manufacturing, or causing the manufacture of, assault weapons, machineguns, undetectable firearms, unserialized firearms, unsafe handguns not on the DOJ certified roster, or other generally prohibited weapons without a license is generally a crime.
