What do you need to process my gun order?

If you are ordering a gun, before your order ships, we must receive a signed copy of an FFL or C&R for the firearm(s) purchased.* Please e-mail licenses to sales@risearmament.com or mail to 1605 E. Iola St., Broken Arrow, OK 74012 and reference your order number. Licenses on file with RISE Armament are not required unless we notify you otherwise. Licenses are not required for accessories.

*Due to federal regulations, guns or lower receivers can only be shipped to federal firearms license (FFL) holders. If you are not an FFL holder, you can contact your local gun store for their FFL information, and we will transfer and ship the product to their location. They will follow the necessary processes to transfer the gun to you.


If I’m ordering a rifle and live in a state with additional restrictions, what do I need to do?

If your rifle is to be shipped to CA, CT, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA, please contact us prior to purchasing.


Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

Absolutely. Our products are backed by our lifetime warranty and 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can read more here. If you need to warranty a trigger, fill out our warranty form here.


What if I don’t like a gun I ordered, but I already shot it?

Ultimately, we want you to be happy. You can return the gun, even if you shot it, within 30 days of purchase if you aren’t fully satisfied. More details on our return policy are available here.


Does RISE ship internationally?

No, RISE does not ship internationally. All orders placed on our site require a billing and shipping address with a U.S. address, including P.O. boxes.


Do you offer any discounts?

We offer 10% to all active and retired military and to law enforcement to thank you for your service. To receive the discount, please send a copy of your active duty ID, DD214, VA card, or certified law enforcement officer ID to help@risearmament.com.

We also occasionally offer special discounts to our email subscribers. You can subscribe by entering your email address in the red section at the bottom of our homepage.

Note: The discounts are available on retail orders only and do not apply to dealer/wholesale pricing.

How do I become a RISE Armament dealer?
