Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering, Shipping & Policies
Q: What do you need to process my gun order?
A: Before your firearm order ships, we must receive a signed copy of your FFL or C&R form. Email it to [email protected] or mail it to 1605 E. Iola St., Broken Arrow, OK 74012, referencing your order number. Licenses already on file are not needed unless we notify you. Licenses are not required for accessories. Due to federal regulations, firearms can only be shipped to FFL holders.
Q: If I’m ordering a rifle and live in a state with additional restrictions, what do I need to do?
A: If your rifle is to be shipped to CT, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA, contact us before purchasing.
Q: Does RISE Armament ship to California?
A: No — currently we cannot ship gun parts to California due to state restrictions (AB 1263).
Q: Does RISE ship internationally?
A: No. All orders require U.S. billing and shipping addresses (including P.O. boxes).
Q: What if I don’t like a gun I ordered, but I already shot it?
A: You can return a firearm even if fired, within 30 days of purchase if you aren’t fully satisfied. See our full returns policy for details.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes — 10% off for active & retired military and law enforcement. Send a copy of qualifying ID to [email protected]. We also offer occasional subscriber discount deals via email.

A: Absolutely — all RISE products are backed by a lifetime warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Triggers have a dedicated warranty form available on our site.
