Overview
With an open trigger well, the RISE Stripped AR-15 Lower Receiver is ready for the trigger guard of your choice. It features the distinctive RISE Armament scorpion logo on the magwell and is marked “multi” to use with any caliber on the AR-15 platform. Backed by a lifetime warranty, the receiver has a durable type III hard anodized black finish. Note: This item only ships to an FFL. In the order notes, please specify your local FFL.

IMPORTANT: A lower receiver purchased from RISE Armament must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder. It is the customer’s responsibility to know state/local laws regarding complete firearms, lower receivers and magazines prior to purchase. If your rifle is to be shipped to DE, CA, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Once a rifle or lower receiver is purchased, the customer must notify their preferred FFL holder and RISE Armament must receive a copy of the FFL before the rifle can be shipped. (NOTE: To expedite the process, you may obtain a copy of the FFL from your FFL holder of choice before purchasing the rifle.)
Once obtained, email a copy of the FFL to our customer service team at [email protected]. The FFL holder will contact you when they receive the rifle and are ready to transfer it to your possession.

Happy to see quality over quantity. This receiver came fast, was well made, and no issues after my build and hitting the range. 1st RISE Armament receiver and it won’t be my last. I did have a couple issues with pistol grip threads. Had a hard time screwing it in but it went in finally with the help of a drill. Backed it out to see if it crossed threaded and it wasn’t. Prolly had some metal shards from when it was tapped. Im one happy man.

Very nice, high quality good fit. In hindsight I wish I would have just bought the Watchman 6mm ARC as a complete rifle but some times we cant pass up a sale on an upper. I went with the SSA-E X® Trigger not sure if it was any better than my CNC 2 stage I have in my other DMR. Tactical toolbox sort of bagged on the iconic so…probably is a great trigger. The Geissele braided spring at 15% more power was just to much for the ARC with 108 match otherwise a perfect build
