RISE Armament contributes more than $260,000 to nonprofits
Broken Arrow, Oklahoma – February 28th, 2019 – RISE Armament, a premier manufacturer and supplier of AR components and firearms, proudly 
contributed more than $260,000 to various nonprofit organizations in the latter half of 2018.
“At RISE, our mission is to make a lasting difference. We’re extremely proud of the support we’ve been able to provide,” stated Matt Torres, president of RISE Armament. “Giving back to veterans, law enforcement, local businesses, shooting sports, and other worthy causes is one of our top priorities.”
RISE Armament partnered with several nonprofit organizations in 2018. Their giving is highlighted by their partnership with Folds of Honor; the partnership began in May. In half a year, RISE helped raise $200,000 for Folds of Honor, providing 40 scholarships to the families of military men and women who have fallen or been disabled while on active duty in the United States Armed Forces. RISE was also the presenting sponsor of the Shoot for the Gold match in Desoto, Kansas, which raised $25,000 for the Special Olympics of Kansas. In addition, RISE Armament supported the Jeff Kirkwold Memorial Match in Forest Lake, Minnesota; all proceeds were donated to Task Force Dagger, which aids wounded, ill, or injured U.S. Special Operations Command members and their families.
RISE Armament donated rifles to various causes, including the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Chamber of Commerce to fund community projects, the Triton Fight Center to honor the courage and commitment of a police officer, and the Owasso, Oklahoma, chapter of Priesthood Motorcycle Ministry to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation of Oklahoma.
The company will continue to focus on these initiatives in 2019 and will advance their giving through additional partnerships. This includes a new partnership with Eagle Ops, an outreach program that assists veterans with their transitions home and connects them to necessary resources.
