Overview
Firstly, the RISE Legacy Rifle features a 416R stainless steel barrel with proprietary fluting for an unparalleled combination of accuracy and weight reduction. The aluminum handguard has 32 M-LOK connection points and a Picatinny upper rail system for countless customization options. RISE ergonomically designed it for enhanced comfort. The rifle’s special-edition Patriot Trigger enables enhanced precision shooting and faster follow-up shots; it’s the quality you’d expect from any RISE trigger. The Legacy Rifle also boasts the incredibly effective RA-701 Compensator, which holds the rifle steady and reduces recoil by 67 percent. Lastly, it features a high-performance bolt carrier group, and a Magpul CTR carbine stock. Lastly, each rifle includes one magazine, plus one RISE Armament Patriot rifle case.

IMPORTANT: A rifle purchased from RISE Armament must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder. It is the customer’s responsibility to know state/local laws regarding complete firearms, lower receivers and magazines prior to purchase. If your rifle is to be shipped to DE, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA, please contact us prior to purchasing.
CA Residents: Due to California’s new law AB 1263, we will no longer be shipping rifles, AR parts, triggers, and firearm accessories to California residents starting January 1, 2026.
Once a rifle is purchased, the customer must notify their preferred FFL holder and RISE Armament must receive a copy of the FFL before the rifle can be shipped. (NOTE: To expedite the process, you may obtain a copy of the FFL from your FFL holder of choice before purchasing the rifle.)
Once obtained, email a copy of the FFL to our customer service team at [email protected]. The FFL holder will contact you when they receive the rifle and are ready to transfer it to your possession.
