Packing exceptional performance in a lightweight — but full-power package — RISE Armament designed the RA-1010 Low-Mass Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) to help you shoot more accurately. With a reduced reciprocating mass during the firing cycle, it lessens recoil and helps you stay on target. The complete BCG weighs in at just less than 8.9 ounces. Its black nitride finish enhances strength and reduces friction for improved performance. It’s also available in nickel boron which reduces friction, improves overall performance, and makes it easier to clean.

Overall great quality on BCG. BC is excellently machined and finished. Same with the cam pin and bolt. Firing pin has a bit rougher of a surface finish than I’m used to, but functions flawlessly. Lightening cuts are efficient for both form and function and the laser engraved logo really pops against the black. Excellent staking on gas key.

Only thing that could improve is that the cotter pin falls out too easily. But it also goes in really because of that
