RISE installs the Rave 140 at the factory. As a result, you get a crisp 3.5-lb. single-stage break with no take-up. Plus, enjoy a short, tactile reset right out of the box. Your first range session delivers the performance you’d normally get after a trigger swap. The Rave 140 retails for $149.99. However, this complete lower already includes the trigger and anti-walk pins.
RISE builds this lower around its own forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver. It features a Type III hardcoat anodized finish for added durability. Additionally, the multi-caliber marking lets you pair it with any mil-spec AR-15 upper.
The RISE trigger guard swings down when you press the detent button. This design creates extra room for gloved hands. Meanwhile, the RISE Magazine Release Button features grooves for a more secure fingertip grip. RISE Enhanced Takedown and Pivot Pins also make separating the receivers quick and easy.
RISE installs the carbine buffer system and stakes the castle nut for added security. The lower also includes a B5 Systems P-Grip 22. Therefore, you only need to add your preferred stock and upper.

Does the complete lower receiver have to ship to a FFL?
Yes, this item only ships to an FFL.
A lower receiver purchased from RISE Armament must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder. It is the customer’s responsibility to know state/local laws regarding complete firearms, lower receivers and magazines prior to purchase. If your complete lower receiver is to be shipped to DE, CA, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Once a complete lower receiver is purchased, the customer must notify their preferred FFL holder and RISE Armament must receive a copy of the FFL before the rifle can be shipped. (NOTE: To expedite the process, you may obtain a copy of the FFL from your FFL holder of choice before purchasing the rifle.)
Once obtained, email a copy of the FFL to our customer service team at [email protected]. The FFL holder will contact you when they receive the rifle and are ready to transfer it to your possession.
