Alongside the rifle’s special topographical laser design, the Limited-Edition RISE Topo WATCHMAN™ AR-15 Rifle is equipped with top-of-the-line parts from the stock to the barrel. Highlighting these parts is the RA-535 Advanced-Performance Trigger. With the crisp RA-535 APT, you’ll hit your follow-up shots faster than before, leading to improved accuracy.

Premium barrel — With superior accuracy and proprietary weight reduction, this 16" barrel is a favorite among top competitive shooters. The 416R stainless steel barrel shoots sub MOA with most factory ammo, and many shooters regularly record hits out to 600 yards with heavier, duty-type ammo. It has a 1:7 twist, 1/2 x 28 threads, and mid-length gas system for more manageable recoil.

IMPORTANT: A rifle purchased from RISE Armament must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder. It is the customer’s responsibility to know state/local laws regarding complete firearms, lower receivers and magazines prior to purchase. If your rifle is to be shipped to DE, CA, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Once a rifle is purchased, the customer must notify their preferred FFL holder and RISE Armament must receive a copy of the FFL before the rifle can be shipped. (NOTE: To expedite the process, you may obtain a copy of the FFL from your FFL holder of choice before purchasing the rifle.)

Once obtained, email a copy of the FFL to our customer service team at help@risearmament.com. The FFL holder will contact you when they receive the rifle and are ready to transfer it to your possession.
